It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rockney L. Weber of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Weber and Adeline Weber (Esker); and his brother Mel Weber. He is survived by: his wife Nila S. Schniederjon of Effingham; his children, Matthew Weber of Edwardsville and Jennifer Billhartz (Greg) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Grace Billhartz, Evan Billhartz, Liam Billhartz, Sydney Weber and Carson Weber; his siblings, Mark Weber (Pauline) of Teutopolis, Jeff Weber (Kathy) of Godfrey and Karen Weber Caravella of Teutopolis; and his sister-in-law Nancy Weber of Teutopolis.
