She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Depoister and Ida Depoister (Lance); and her siblings, LeRoy Depoister, Betty Ramsey and Kathy Depoister.
She is survived by: her husband Marlin Alwardt of Effingham; her daughters, Marilyn Durr (Lenny Zullo) of Zephyrhills and Janet Hecht (Robert) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Jason Mesnard (Stacy), Brian Mesnard, Jena Cleary (Chris), Jill Hecht (Russell Higgs) and Collin Hecht; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Mesnard, Triston Mesnard (Mary), Micheal Mesnard and Brayden Mesnard; her great great grandchild William Mesnard; and her sisters, Pauline Pauley (Oliver), Lucille Simmons (Charles), Helen Smith (Gene), Rita Kramer (Wayne), Suzie Higgs (Ivan), Nancy Hodges (Barry) and Rhonda Tweedle.
