She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Bly and June Bly (Thompson); her son Scott Ulmer; and her sister Carolyn Moomaw. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Ulmer of Mode, IL and Mike Ulmer of Shelbyville, IL; and her sister Janet Lowe (Jim) of Newton, IA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
