It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Volkman of Effingham, Illinois, born in Shelbyville, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Volkman and Ruth Volkman (Tate); his brother David Volkman; and his nephew Jason Volkman. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Volkman (Susan) and Janet Patterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
