He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn McGowan of Effingham; his brother Richard McGowan (Jeanne) of Anaheim, CA; his brothers-in-law, William Nord (Sally) of Palm Coast, FL and Kenneth Nord of Warren, MI; his nephews, Michael McGowan of Costa Mesa, CA and Jason Nord (Jaime) of Plymouth, MI; and his niece Karissa DeLeon of Hawaii.
Memorials may be made in Bob's memory to the First Presbyterian Church in Effingham or the American Cancer Society.
