He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Huey and Pertie Huey. He is survived by: his wife Vera Welp; his children, Robert, Bob Jr., Randy of St. Louis and Cathy Bloemer (Jerry) of Effingham; his grandchildren, Zac Bloemer (Laura), Wade Bloemer (Brittany), Logan Bloemer, Dakota Huey, Dylan Huey (Rachel), Robert Huey and Sydney Kuensting (Joe); and his sister-in-law Doris Russell. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to the St. John's Lutheran Church Food Pantry or to the donor's choice.
