We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Richard Niebrugge of Effingham, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Niebrugge and L. Lucille Niebrugge (Underwood); his wife L. Marcella Davis; his sons-in-law, John Huelsing and Ron Schmidt; and his siblings, George Niebrugge, Louis Niebrugge, Pete Niebrugge, Florence Golonka and Lucille Braun.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Huelsing of Munford, TN and Jayne Schmidt of Effingham; and his grandsons, Tyler Huelsing (Chelsea) of Munford, TN, Mitch Huelsing (Catie) of Tupelo, MS and Jordan Schmidt (Jenny) of Arlington, TN. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anthony Schools.
