With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Deibel (Effingham, Illinois), who passed away on November 5, 2018 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward Deibel; and his mother-in-law Betty Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Deibel; his children, Eric and Sara; his mother Ruth Deibel; and his sisters, Paula Tegeler (Charles) of Effingham and Julia Hayes (Brian) of Effingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church Renew and Rejoice Campaign or donor's choice.
