He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Loy and Rhea Loy (Cooley); and his sister Robin Loy-Damron. He is survived by: his wife Kim Loy of Effingham; his children, Tyler Mcmullen of Effingham and Makenna Loy of Effingham; and his sisters, Susan Hoelscher (Chuck) of Effingham, Jane Ries (Mark) of Effingham and Laurie Foreman (Bill) of Effingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
