We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2021, at the age of 88, Phyllis M. McDonald of Effingham, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McDonald and Madge Grinell Maxey; her stepfather Joe Mesnard; and her sister Sara Mesnard.
