She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Balding and Nina Balding (Ramsey); her spouse Russell H. Mitchell; and her son Roger. She is survived by: her children, Allen Mitchell (Martha) of Belleville and Jan Dowden of Watson; her siblings, Lynden Balding (Bonita) of Olney and Alyce Whitton (Wesley) of Chattanooga, TN; her grandson Evan Mitchell of Taylorville; and her cousin Janet Pell (Ramsey) of Canon City, CO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
