It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis F. Miller of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis F. Miller to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brink and Caroline Brink (Joergens); her husband Arnold A. Miller; her daughter Peggy Anselmo; her great great grandchild Elijah Lobb; and her sisters, Lorraine Stortzum and Norma Lee Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Les Miller (Norma) of Effingham, Carolyn Hibdon-Lambert of Effingham, Diana Miller of Effingham, Janice Cunningham (Chuck) of Effingham and Debby Bartimus (Darrell) of Watson; and her son-in-law Dino Anselmo of St. Charles, MO.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, immediate family only funeral services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Effingham.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
