With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Sue Hoover of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Witte and Helen Maxine Witte (Bare); her siblings, Johnnie, Gary, Mike, Leonard and Shirley Leatherwood; her niece Bobbi Jean; and her brother-in-law Dick Perrine.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Hoover of Effingham; her siblings, David (Jane) of Hermleigh, TX, Dannie (Debbie) of Riverview, Florida, Sheila Perrine of Oblong, Becky Clark (Ray) of Dundas and Shelby Resor (Greg) of Claremont; and her siblings-in-law, Billy Leatherwood of Snyder, TX, Floita of Mineral Wells, TX, Edith of Snyder, TX, Pauline of Snyder, TX, Keith Hoover (Sue) of Hoffman Estates and Donnette Dean (Jimmy) of Johnston City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
