It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Miller of Effingham, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayburn Dean and Norma E. Miller (Matheny); and her grandparents, Wilburn, Lottchen Miller, Ira and Pearl Matheny.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Comer (Jimmy) of Fairview, TN; her nephew Scott Comer (Alex) of Nashville, TN; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Britton, Kendal, Graham and Ryder; and her niece Allison Comer of Fairview, TN.
