She was predeceased by: her father James Phelan. She is survived by: her mother Leona Phelan (Parrott); her husband Ronald Walls of Effingham; her sons, Travis (Ashley), Dustin (Michelle) and Levi (Jessica); her siblings, Duane Phelan (Elaine), Ron Phelan (Peggy) and Terry Phelan; and her niece Holly. She is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
