She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan A. Sr. Hayes and Patricia Ann Hayes (Pastor). She is survived by: her close friend Dennis; and her brothers, Drew (Dena) of Florida, Mike (Denise) of Grayslake, IL, Brent (Susie) of Effingham, Rick (Janet) of Colorado and Chris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made directly to Sacred Heart School or Effingham County Humane Society.
