With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Braun of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Koester and Mary Koester (Deters). She is survived by: her husband Larry Braun of Effingham; her children, Lisa Hoelscher (Bill) of Effingham, Maria Fenton (Jeff) of Bradley, Andrea Owens (Kelvin) of Springfield and Scott Braun (Sheila) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Megan Schimmelpfenning (Alex), Lauren Draeger (Will), Ryan Hoelscher (Marie), Michael Fenton (Melissa), Alex Fenton, Kayla Warner (Matt), Seth Owens, Nate Braun, Mara Braun and Owen Braun; and her great grandchildren, Finley Schimmelpfenning, Lincoln Schimmelpfenning, Cooper Schimmelpfenning, Olivia Draeger, Amelia Fenton and Avery Fenton.

Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart School.
