She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Phillips and Alice Lucille Phillips (Doty); her spouse Archie E. Baker; her children, Janet Baker and Randy Baker; her siblings, Cecil Phillips, Bob Phillips (Betty), Larry Phillips (Thelma) and Doris "Doy" Peters (Harry); her stepfather Jeff Lilly; and her stepbrother Oren Lilly.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Baker of Ottawa and Jodi Goodman of Effingham; her daughter-in-law Connie Baker of Beecher City; her grandchildren, Miles Goodman (Kayla), Shawna Goodman and Marissa Miller; her sister Bonnie Kemme; and her stepbrother Bill Lilly.
