She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Beals and Emma Beals (Ashenbremer); her son-in-law Frank Antrim; her grandchildren, Michael Habing and Tonya Gephart; and her siblings, Kenneth Beals, Leo "Jack" Beals, Clifford "Tip" Beals and Geneva.

She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Antrim of Effingham, Judy Habing (Raymond) of Effingham, Patricia Bushue (Bob) of Mason and Karen Schaefer (William) of Effingham; and her siblings, Ralph Beals of Effingham, Emil Beals (Lee) of Effingham, Frances Kelly of Shumway and Rosalie Waller of Carbondale. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in Millie's name to the donor's favorite charity.
