He is survived by: his mother Mickey Passalacqua (Siemer); his wife Kate; his daughters, Stella and Gracie; his brothers, Larry (Brit), Bill (JJ) and Matt (Leah); his parents-in-law, Jay and Patsy Leffer; and his sisters-in-law, Kelley Leffler and Colleen Swick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Anthony Schools.
