It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Niebrugge of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. Niebrugge and Christine E. Niebrugge (Doedtman); and his brothers, John Niebrugge and Terrance Lee "Terry" Niebrugge. He is survived by: his wife Suzi Niebrugge of Effingham; his daughters, Michelle Stoneburner of Effingham and Tisha McCafferty (Philip) of Olney; and his stepgrandchild Zoey McCafferty.
