It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ann Pruemer (Effingham, Illinois), who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Apke and Mary Apke (Doedtman); her husband Edward R. Pruemer of Teutopolis; her daughters, Janet West and Alice; her brothers, Alfred, Norbert, Joseph and Richard Apke; and her son-in-law Steven Ring.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Mette (Philip) of Green Creek and Betty Ring of Effingham; her son-in-law Andy West of Effingham; and her grandchildren, Brian Mette (Marissa), Aaron Mette (Krista), Ann Chamoun (Steven), Kevin West, Ernie West (Susan) and Sami Bishop (Forrest). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
