He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pulley and Ann Pulley; his wife Paula Jean Steppe; and his sister Kim. He is survived by: his children, Eric Pulley (Sarah) of Irvine, CA and Amy Minor (Kasey) of Effingham; his grandchildren, Jay, Maggie and John Minor; and his sibling Dana Vinyard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
