Marlene T. Unkraut Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2024, at the age of 90, Marlene T. Unkraut of Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fuesting and Catherine Fuesting (Dust); her husband Joseph C. Unkraut; her brother Bill Fuesting; and her brothers-in-law, John Frey and John Jansen.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet M. Miller (Avery) of Perryville, MO; her granddaughters, Rachael Bullard (Dan) of Pasadena, MD, Kristen Allen of Effingham, Courtney Quinn (Blake) of Paducah, KY and Paige Miller of Perryville, MO; her great grandchildren, Braylee Bullard and Hunter Bullard; and her siblings, Monica Frey of Effingham, Judy Jansen of Effingham and Don Fuesting (Judy) of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (1110 N 4th St, Effingham, IL 62401). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church (20057 County Rd 1525 E, Effingham, IL 62401).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to E.A.R.S. or Crisis Nursery of Effingham County.
