He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob E. Casper and Wilma I. Casper (Bryant); his brother Larry; and his grandson Ethan. He is survived by: his wife Denise Nagy; his children, Eric Casper (Jena), Kristin Casper, Shannon Barnaby (Mike), Georgia and Rebecca Evans (Tim); his sister Linda Demorest (Tom); and his sister-in-law Sharon Casper.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (1110 N 4th St, Effingham, IL 62401). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
