She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Tarrant and Mary M. Tarrant (Askins); her siblings, Charles, Floyd Tarrant, Lloyd, Bobby, Gary, Mary, Rosemary Alwardt, Lois Miller, Norma Webb and Esta Pease; and her close friend James Shellenbarger.

She is survived by: her brothers, Ralph and Dwayne Tarrant of Effingham. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
