She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Richey and Mary McCollum (LaMunyon); her former husband James Peters; her husband Eugene Miller; her grandchildren, Cassandra Ramey and Connor Flynn; and her siblings, Darrell Raymond, Eb Richey and Ethel Richey.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Peters (Crystol) and Amy Flynn (Sean); her stepdaughter Dana Hillerby; her grandchildren, Chesley Foltz (Nathan), Cameron Valdez, Zoie Peters, Bayleigh Flynn, Donovan Flynn, Cassidy Flynn and Ben White; her great grandchildren, Avia Foltz, Amelia Foltz, Aryah Tomlin and Lucien Valdez; her stepfather Clyde McCollum; and her siblings, Marie Price (Bill), Robert Dean and Lawrence Richey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Meals on Wheels.
