With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian I. Rutherford of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dammerman and Ila Dammerman (McCallen); and her former husband Robert Rutherford. She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Lamb of Effingham; her daughters, Christal Solomon (Mike) of Fenton, MO and Esta Frey (Chad) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Abigail, Aden Solomon, Layni and Rowyn Frey; and her siblings, Wil Dammerman of Altamont, Bob Dammerman (Mona) of Marshall, Tom Dammerman of Effingham, Patti Bernhard (Paul) of Shumway and Brenda Brummer (Brian) of Effingham.
