Leroy Harry Haarman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Harry Haarman of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Haarman and Marie Haarman (Hardiek); his siblings, David– Verna Koechner, Bobby, David, Irene and Evelyn; his brother-in-law Art "Jim" Bierman; his nephew Cliff Bierman; and his grandparents, Joe, Christina Haarman, John and Philomena Hardiek.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Haarman; his sons, Brent Haarman (Jim Cox), Kurt Haarman (Jill) and Kevin Haarman (Mindi); his grandchildren, Alex Haarman, Mikaela Haarman, Trevor Haarman, Grady Haarman and Lucy Haarman; and his sisters, Marcella Bierman of Dieterich, Marilyn Smithenry (Ed) of Newton, Betty Smithenry (Mike) of Newton, Deloris Bergfeld (Bernie) of Teutopolis, Linda Streich of Nevada and Diana Worman (Richard) of Effingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
