We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Leonard Montello of Effingham, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Notlee Montello and Pearl Montello (Witkin); his friend Henry Bryan; and his pets, Leeshaw and Rooster.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Bolton; his sons, Michael Montello (Miriam), Rodney Montello, Anthony Montello (Sue) and Erick Montello (Sherry Sexton); his grandson Danny Dietz; his brother Stephen; his close friend Mark Myers (Carol); his former wife Sharon Becker; and his pet Stryker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the Effingham County Humane Society or to the charity of the donor's choice.
