He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Martin and Myrtle Schuetz (Wente); his wife Grace L. Link; his daughter-in-law Lydia; and his granddaughter Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis of Palacios, Texas, JoAnn McDaniels (Paul) of Effingham and Bonnie Kruse (Steve) of Effingham; his grandsons, Lee Schuetz, Steven Kruse, Aaron McDaniels and Jonathan Kruse; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Liam, Layton, Elliott Kruse, Jase and Luke Schuetz.
Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or to the donor's choice.
