We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2021, at the age of 94, Lavern McKinney of Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Shirley and Flossie Faye Shirley (Pilcher); her son Curtis McKinney; her siblings, Vernon Shirley and Bernice Bailey; and her daughter-in-law Paula McKinney.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Dale McKinney; and her children, Darien McKinney of Effingham, Illinois and Leta Condron (Ron) of Brownstown, Illinois. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
