He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Ensign (Farris) of Newton, IL; his wife Jeri Sue Ensign of Effingham; his children, Steven Michael Ensign (Jodi) of Pittsboro, IN and Cynthia Ann Mueller (Joe Wright) of Mattoon, IL; his siblings, Roberta Ensign of Oklahoma, Rodger Ensign of Pawnee, OK, Donna Woods (Jerry) of Newton, IL and Jeffrey Ensign (Amy) of Bloomington, IL.; his grandchildren, Kelsey Ensign (Cody Horn) of Zionsville, IN, Zachary Ensign (Shannon Cruser) of Florissant, MO, Sarah Mueller of Altamont, IL and Braeden Ensign of Pittsboro, IN; and his close friend Muffin.
