She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Sisk and Zenobia Sisk (Reid); her husband Noble Czerwonka; and her siblings, Robert Sisk, Charles Sisk and Rosie Pittman.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Czerwonka (Shawnna) of Montrose and David Czerwonka of Sigel, Illinois; her grandson Dakota Czerwonka of Montrose, Illinois; her siblings, Dennis Sisk, Dot Kemp of Indianapolis, Marilyn Edwards (Larry) of Indianapolis and Sharon Turner of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Shirley Sisk of Michigan.
