He is survived by: his mother Donna Ziegler (Grunloh) of Effingham; his wife Dannie McElroy; his children, Quinn and Graham; his niece Joey Scheier of New Jersey; and his aunts and uncles, Bob Ziegler of Texas, Dale Ziegler (Marsha) of Greenup, Ronnie Ziegler (Tess) of Chatham, John Ziegler (Pat) of California, Ronnie Grunloh (LuAnn) of Dieterich, Judy Ziegler of Effingham, Shirley Ziegler of Effingham and Sue Monroe (Terry) of Effingham.
Memorials may be made to the family for Kurt's children's future education.
