It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Conner of Effingham, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond White and Gertrude White (Marion); her son Kevin D. Conner; and her brother Ray White. She is survived by: her husband Larry L. Conner of Effingham; her son Mike Conner (Jill McAlister) of Scott City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Camden and Kalen Conner; and her siblings, Dennis White (Diann) of Breese and Olivia "Jeanie" Evans of Effingham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her family to help with final expenses.
