It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathie E. Adams (Effingham, Illinois), who passed away on June 21, 2019, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jeannie Winchester (Wright); and her children, Keegan and Kilēē Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Phillip W. Sapp; her children, Garrett Adams of Effingham, Heather Jones of Effingham, Malissa Sapp of Effingham, Katie Sapp of Green Castle, IN, Britany Spence (Ryan) of Effingham and Jared Sapp of Effingham; her father Jim Winchester of Effingham; and her siblings, David Winchester of Tustin, CA and Leslie Winchester of Effingham. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
