With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Nosbisch of Effingham, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lowell Webster and Esther Webster (Tonn); her former husband Stephen "Steve" Gebben; her husband Donald J. "Duck" Nosbisch; her daughter Michelle Tingley (Chris) of Effingham; her sisters, Pat Tate (Donald) of Effingham and Marsha Starkey (Carrel) of Campbell Hill; her close friend Mike Sur; and her grandchildren, Davis, Emma and Curtis. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Anthony Schools.
