He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery H. Tolch and Anna L. Bushur Tolch; and his siblings, Samuel Tolch and Nancy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tolch of Effingham; his children, Donnie Tolch (Amy) of Dieterich, Tammy Whitten (Justin) of Titusville, FL, Brian Tolch (Susie) of Dieterich and Keith Tolch of Los Angeles, CA; and his stepchildren, Heather Batson of Mason, Hilary Hoetger (Stewart) of Chico, CA and Chelsey Siebert (Carson) of Honolulu, HI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Cross at the Crossroads or the Dieterich Christian Church.
