John Spivey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 82, John Spivey of Effingham, Illinois, born in Hutsonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Spivey and Ida Mae Spivey (Owen); his wife Carolyn Sue Titus; and his siblings, Jim, Bill, Ed Spivey, Bonnie Wright, Emma Lewis and Mary LaForge.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Spivey, Don Spivey and Charles Spivey (Teah Lawson); and his grandchildren, Sierra, Jessica, Brandon, Isaiah and Briar. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or Pancreatic Cancer Research.
