He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Altman and Nellie Altman (Williams); and his wife Joan Altman. He is survived by: his children, Mark Altman (Kathy) of Hanover, Walt Altman (Julie) of Neoga and Faith Smith (Mat) of Berthoud, Colorado; and his sister Irene Altman of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
