He is survived by: his parents, Donald Herboth and Jo Ann Herboth (Walters); his sons, Joe Herboth (Cassie) and Zachary Herboth (Moriah); his grandchildren, Cole and Ash; his siblings, Mark Herboth (Susan), David Herboth (Christina), Kenny Herboth (Linda), Dennis Herboth (Melinda), Christina Klein (Justin) and Amanda Gillman (Daniel); and his close friends, Brett and Stacy Ordner.
