He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bryce Van Bellehem Sr. and Margaret Kistler Van Bellehem; his wife Mary (Carol); and his brother Bryce Van Bellehem. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kathleen Davis (Terry) of Charleston, Heidi Van Bellehem (Greg Schoonover) and Casey Van Bellehem (Savannah Banks); his grandchildren, Erika Tucker (Clint), Elena Davis, Carson, Coen, Calvin Van Bellehem, Ian Davis (Sarah) and Finnegan Davis; his brother-in-law Frank Casey (Lynn); and his close friend Jerry Zachary (Chuck Lister). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's name can be made to the Eastern Illinois University football program.
