He was predeceased by: his cousin Deanna Followell; and his aunt Kelly Gentry. He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Johnson (Mike) and Roger Gentry; his sister Eran Allen (Kevin); his stepsiblings, Michele Reese (Steve) and Allen Johnson; his nieces and nephews, McKenzie Michael (Anthony), Megan Allen, Noah Allen, Isaac Reese and Eli Reese; and his great-niece Lettie Ann Giles.
