He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rogers and Violet Rogers (Miller); and his brothers, Rodell, Billy and Bob Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rogers of Effingham; his children, Tami Mayes (Jeff) of Beecher City, Phil Rogers (Janet Brooks) of Beecher City and Shane Rogers (Stephanie Lucas) of Casey; and his sister Joyce Hawbaker (Norman) of Fort Myers, FL.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
