Ilda L. Wendling Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilda L. Wendling of Effingham, Illinois, born in Watson, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Davis and Gertrude Ethel Davis (Gilbert); her husband Melvin Wendling; and her brothers, Plaford Davis, Charles Lavergne Davis and Glen Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Wendling (Brenda) of Effingham and Phillip Wendling (Tammy) of Effingham; her grandson Adam Wendling; and her stepgrandsons, Trevor Stortzum and Lucas Stortzum. She is also survived by 4 step-great-grandchildren.
