She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Debolt and Lorene Debolt (Walls); her husband Henry Followell; her son Paul Durbin; and her stepchildren, Charles Followell and Rebecca Followell.
She is survived by: her former husband Fred Durbin; her sons, Steve Durbin (Kathy) of Effingham, Scott Durbin (Penny) of Dalton City, Wayne Durbin (Carrie Jackson) of Stewardson and Jeff Followell of Lebanon, TN; her stepchildren, Michael Followell (Samantha) of Newton, Barbara Followell of Lebanon, TN and Faye Heitkamp of Effingham; and her brother Dean Debolt of Iuka. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
