She was predeceased by: her mothers, Pearl Eyestone and Anna Eyestone (Schaub); her husband Noble B. Percival; her daughter Kay Marie Percival; her grandchildren, Doug Stortzum and Holli Poland; her sons-in-law, Jim Collins and Forrest Holland; and her granddaughter-in-law Bridgette Collins.
