He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buck" Lewis and Aileen Lewis; his wife Tammy Lewis; and his brothers, Bill, Connie Lewis and Childress.
He is survived by: his son Jared Lewis (Brooke Anderson); his former wife Rebecca Pittman; his daughter Jennifer Gaffney (Brian Gaffney); his grandchildren, Riley Gaffney, Charlotte and Lucy Anderson-Lewis; and his siblings, Jack Lewis (Sharon) and Priscilla Sipe (Lester).
