It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude E. Alldredge of Effingham, Illinois, born in Teutopolis, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kroeger and Cecelia Kroeger (Probst); her husband Silas Ray Alldredge; her granddaughter Hayley Stodden; and her siblings, Leona Mette, Clara Mette, Albert Kroeger, Clem Kroeger and Anna Mae Nosbisch.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Alldredge (Kim) of Bridgeport, Kathy Hills (John) of Casey, Mike Alldredge (Valerie) of College Station, TX, Debbie McFarland (Bryan) of Altamont and Diane Stodden (Ron) of Vero Beach, FL; and her sister Dolores Koeberlein of Beecher City. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
